You can get information about close vaccine centers on WhatsApp. For this, MyGov Corona Helpdesk has started a chatbot.

Crores of people of the country are waiting for the vaccine and from May 1, the third phase of the vaccine has started. But if you are not getting the information of your close centers, then WhatsApp can help you in that.

MyGov Corona Helpdesk has launched a chatbot on WhatsApp. Just typing Namaste on this chatbot will show some of your options and if you re-send the number 1, the nearest vaccine centers will be detected. For this, neither you need to call nor get out of the house. This service is absolutely free. You can even change it to Hindi language, while the default language is English. MyGovIndia Twitter handle has given this information.

How to get information on WhatsApp

– First of all, users have to save 9013151515 to their phone.

– Then open WhatsApp and open the saved number, which will open the chat box.

In this chat, users will also have to write Namaste, Hello and Hi in English.

– After some time the chatbot will reply.

– In this reply, some important information and a total of 9 options will be seen.

– After selecting the number-1, you will get information about the vaccine centers close to you.

– Let us say that after writing Namaste, we got a reply after about 14 minutes.

If you do not want to save the number, you can also visit wa.me/919013151515. This will open the chatbot in your browser. After this, you can get information about close vaccine centers by typing Namaste. If you want to change English to Hindi language, then type Hindi in the chat box.
