SBI customers: You can get their FD interest certificate online, here see the simple process

SBI customers can now get FD interest certificate sitting at home using online banking. For this they have to follow certain procedures. This information was tweeted by the bank itself.



State Bank of India (SBI) has given another facility to the customers using online banking. Through which they can easily get their Fixed Deposit (FD) interest certificate online sitting at home. For this, they have to log on to the official website of SBI and can get their FD interest certificate through SBI net banking service. SBI gave this information through a tweet.

The bank wrote in a tweet, “Login to SBI Online and get your Deposit Interest Certificate. For this follow 4 simple steps, and you will be done. Now click on https://onlinesbi.com link.

How to get FD interest certificate online

1. Visit the official website of SBI onlinesbi.com.

2. After this go to the e-Service tab of Personal Banking.

3. Click on the ‘My Certificate’ tab here.

4. Now click on Interest Certificate of Deposit Account. By following these steps, you can easily see the details of interest earned on your FD. There is no need to go to the bank for this.

Know how much interest is getting on FD in SBI

SBI gives customers the opportunity to invest from 7 days to 10 years. The interest rate changes every year. The longer the investors invest money, the more profit they get. For 7 days to 45 days, SBI is currently giving interest at the rate of 2.90 percent, while it is paying interest at the rate of 3.40 percent to senior citizens. At the same time, it is giving 5 percent interest for 1 year to 2 years and 5.40 percent interest for 5 years to 10 years.
