SBI Home Loan: SBI waives processing fee on home loan for its customers.
SBI Home Loan: The country’s largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the Monsoon Dhamaka offer to give relief to its customers on home loans. SBI has waived 100% processing fee on its home loan. Customers can take advantage of this offer till 31 August 2021.

How much is the processing fee.
According to the information given by SBI, customers will get a lot of relief from the exemption from the existing 0.40 percent processing fee. However, customers will be able to take advantage of this for a limited time only. Currently, SBI Home Loan for customers is starting from 6.7 percent.
Home buyers will be motivated
SBI MD (R&DB) CS Shetty said, “We are extremely happy to announce the Monsoon Dhamaka offer for our prospective home loan customers. We believe that this offer to waive off processing fee will help home buyers to take a decision as interest rates on home loans are at a historic low.
Other offers
Apart from this, SBI told that if you apply for home loan from SBI YONO app, then you will get a further discount of 5 basis points. At the same time, SBI is also giving a discount of 5 basis points to women customers.
