However, it is important to have a registered mobile number. You have to make a call from the registered mobile number only.

It is necessary to have a registered mobile number
Call the toll-free number given above from the registered mobile number. In the option you will be given, select 2 which is the ATM card related service. After that there is 1 pressing which is related to pin generation. Then press 1, which confirms if you are calling from a registered mobile number. Now some information is asked from you. You have to have a bank account and an ATM card with you. Type the last 5 numbers of the card whose PIN is to be generated. Then press 1. Then press 2 and press the last 5 digits of the ATM card.
Generate password as per your green pin
Now the last 5 digits of your account will be asked which to type. You have to confirm it by pressing 1 and by pressing 2 you have to press the last 5 digits of the account number again. Your birth year is recorded with the bank, it has to be suppressed. Green PIN is generated after the process is completed. It is sent to your registered mobile number. Now you can generate a PIN from any SBI ATM according to your requirement within 24 hours.
