At the same time, there are many states in the country, where children’s education has been affected due to Corona. Examinations have also been canceled in many states. Let us know that the corona virus outbreak in India is becoming uncontrollable again. Amidst the ever-increasing corona cases, a record 93,000 new cases of corona have been reported in India on Saturday, the highest number of cases in a day in the last nearly 5 months. During this time 514 people have also lost their lives.




All school-colleges in Bihar closed till April 11 (School Closed in Bihar)

In view of the danger of corona virus, Nitish government in Bihar has closed all schools, colleges and coaching till April 11. This decision has been taken in the meeting of the Disaster Management Group (CMG) in view of the increasing corona infection in the state. Earlier, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had instructed the officials to consider the Disaster Management Group to keep the schools closed in view of the increasing infection. After the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Sanjay Kumar said that all educational institutions in the state have been closed from April 5 to 11. A decision after 11 will be taken further in view of the case of corona infection. It is known that earlier on 13 March 2020, educational institutions across the state were closed.

School Closed in UP till 11 April

The Uttar Pradesh government has taken strict measures against Corona. The Yogi Adityanath government has announced the closure of schools up to 8th class till 11 April. Earlier this decision was only applicable till 4 April, but in view of increasing cases, it has been extended for a week.

School Closed in Delhi till further orders

Due to new cases of Kovid-19, it has been decided not to open schools till 8th in the capital of the country. As per Delhi government order, students of classes 9 and 11 will be allowed to come to school only after the permission of parents. At the same time, the Parents’ Association has praised the decision of the Delhi Government.

School-colleges will remain closed till 10 April in Punjab

After being badly affected by Corona’s havoc, a decision has been taken to keep schools and colleges in Punjab closed till April 10. Earlier, the Amarinder government had decided to close the schools and colleges till March 31, but now it has been extended by 10 days. State health officials say that by the middle of May, new cases are expected to decline. In such a situation, CM Amarinder Singh has ordered to increase the test and vaccination of Corona.

All schools in Jammu and Kashmir closed till April 11

All schools in Jammu and Kashmir have been closed due to the rising outbreak of Corona epidemic. According to the information received from the office of Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha, all the schools up to class 12 will be closed from April 5 to April 11. With this, more than 200 people will not be able to gather in one place in any social and religious functions in the state.

School-college closed in Himachal Pradesh till April 15

Schools and all other educational institutions in Himachal Pradesh have been closed by April 15, in view of the increasing number of patients from the second wave of Corona. Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has informed about this in Dhalpur during his visit to Kullu on Thursday. The Chief Minister said that earlier the schools were closed till April 4, but it has now been decided to close the schools, colleges and all other educational institutions due to increase in Corona cases. However, there is no restriction on the movement of tourists in the state.

School closed in Madhya Pradesh till 15 April

In Madhya Pradesh, the state government has taken several major decisions to stop the havoc of Corona. In this episode, the Shivraj Singh Chauhan government has decided to keep schools closed till 8th class till 15th April. Apart from this, classes from class 9th to 12th have started from April 1. However, parents’ permission will be required for the offline class.

Rajasthan government bans schools

The Rajasthan government decided to keep the schools up to the 5th till the next order. Apart from this, the government has announced 8th, 9th and 11th class examinations. However, a new order of the government is being awaited.

School-college closed in Chhattisgarh too

The government of Chhattisgarh seems to be taking tough measures against Corona. It has been decided to impose a complete lockdown in Durg district from 6 to 14 April. Section 144 has been imposed in the capital Raipur. Apart from this, schools have been announced to be closed until further notice.

Schools closed in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat

All educational institutions (schools, colleges, hostels, gurukuls) have been closed except for medical colleges in Telangana. While assembly elections are going on in Tamil Nadu also, the state government has also ordered closure of schools for classes 9, 10 and 11 from March 22 until further orders. Apart from this, the Gujarat government has decided to close schools located in eight municipal areas of the state till 10 April. This includes Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Bhavnagar and the state capital Gandhinagar.

Students from 1st to 8th will pass without exams in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra government has decided to promote students from 1st to 8th grade without exams. State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has announced on Twitter. Along with that, a decision will also be taken soon regarding students of class 9th and 11th. Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has released a video on Twitter to promote the students from 1st to 8th grade in the state. The government has taken this decision due to rising corona cases in Maharashtra.

Changed board exam date here

Due to Corona in Punjab, the board exam dates were also changed. The board exams here were earlier scheduled to be held from 22 March to 9 April. As per the new order, now Class 10th exams will be held from May 4 to May 24 and Class 12th exams will be held from April 20 to May 24. The Rajasthan State Education Board has announced the exam dates for 8th, 9th and 11th class. In this, the examinations of 8th class are to start from 06 May, 9th examination from 26th April and 11th class examinations will start from 24th April.
