UP School Closed News: Severe cold continues in UP. People are shivering due to cold wave. In view of the winter, holidays in schools up to class eight have been extended again in many districts.
UP School Closed Winter Vacation: It is extremely cold in Uttar Pradesh at this time, people’s condition is getting worse due to cold. Due to cold wave, school holidays have been extended in many districts. In many districts including Mau, Saharanpur, Lakhimpuri Kheri, Gorakhpur, holidays have been extended to 31 January and in many districts till 3 February. In view of the cold wave, Lucknow district administration has ordered that till February 3, online classes will be conducted in all government, non-government and private schools up to class 12.
According to the information, an order has been issued to close all the schools from class 1 to 8 in 4 districts of UP. However, schools from classes 9 to 12 will operate from 10 am to 3 pm. Schools in Saharanpur, Gorakhpur, Mau and Lakhimpur Kheri will remain closed till January 31 on the orders of the District Magistrate.
People are suffering due to cold wave and fog. In view of the severe cold, orders have been given to keep all the schools from class 1 to 8 closed in Saharanpur. Saharanpur District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra declared holiday for all schools from class 1 to 8.
Holidays extended in Lakhimpur Kheri, Mau and Gorakhpur also
Due to the outbreak of cold, the District Magistrate in Mau District has also issued an order to close the schools of all boards including council schools from classes 1 to 8 till January 31. On the orders of the District Magistrate in Gorakhpur and Lakhimpur Kheri, the holidays of schools up to class 8 have been extended till January 30. However, during this period, teachers will remain present in council schools and continue doing departmental work. The timings of schools up to class 12th have been changed from 10 am to 3 pm. This decision has been taken in view of the forecast of the Meteorological Department. In view of the cold in Lakhimpur Kheri, holidays in schools up to 8th have been extended again on the orders of DM. Now children will have holiday till 30th January.
