Earlier, holidays till May 24 were announced for students up to class 8th.

Meanwhile, in view of the scorching summer season, the administration has officially declared holidays not only for students from Kindergarten to 8th but also for 12th class. This will provide relief to the students.
Teachers gave suggestions by messaging in WhatsApp group
Teachers have also messaged the students in the WhatsApp group that everyone will study by staying at home and protecting themselves from the heat. You will keep yourself safe and homework will also be sent regularly.
Teachers have also said that no student should leave the house from 9 am to 5 pm. If necessary, cover your head with a cloth. Drink frequently. Avoid eating fried or market purchased food items. Do not go to take bath in the village pond or big canal, because the incidents of drowning are highest in summer. Travel long distances by bus or car in traffic.
Government and private schools will remain closed till 31 May

In this regard, the Deputy Commissioner instructed the District Education Officer and the District Elementary Education Officer to ensure holidays in government, semi-government and private schools from Kindergarten to class 12th in the district.
If any school is found open, the department will keep an eye on it. During the holiday period, teachers, non-teaching officers and employees will remain present in the school as before. Schools have been closed since the holiday was announced earlier by the administration.
