- Winter vacation in the schools of Chhattisgarh is going to be from 25 December to 30 December 2023, its orders have already been issued. There will be winter vacation for students in Rajasthan from 25 December to 5 January. Winter vacation for students in Madhya Pradesh. It will last from December 31, 2023, to January 4, 2024. Let us tell you that holidays were declared in these three states even before the elections.
- This time the winter vacation in Delhi schools will be for only 6 days instead of 15 days. As per the order of the state government, this time the winter vacation in Delhi will start from January 1, 2024 and will end on January 6. Earlier the winter holidays for the year 2023-24 were to be from January 1 to January 15 but now they have been reduced. Now schools will remain closed from January 1 to January 6 only and will be opened again from January 7. The Directorate of Education has asked the heads of the schools to send this information to the teachers as well as the students and their parents.
- As per the order issued by Jammu administration, winter vacation for students from nursery to class 8th has started from November 28 which will end on February 29. The winter vacation for students of classes 9 to 12 will be from 11 December to 29 February 2024. All government and recognized private schools of Kashmir division will observe winter vacation for about three months. However, teachers will have to return to their respective schools on February 21 due to arrangements for the upcoming examinations. Due to continuous holidays, teachers will now teach students online from home.
- Winter vacation in Aligarh Muslim University will be from January 1 to January 10, 2024. The schedule of holidays for Medical and Unani Medicine, BDS III- Final final year etc. has also been released. AMU and its institutions Malappuram, Murshidabad and Kishanganj centers (except the Faculties of Medicine and Unani Medicine) will observe winter vacation from January 1 to January 10, 2024.
