Schools Timings Changed: Big news for students, school timings changed, know what time schools will open now

The Delhi Education Department has taken a big decision as the weather becomes clear and the air becomes clear in Delhi. The notice has been issued by the Directorate of Education of Delhi Government. In which schools have been asked to open at the old time. After which all the schools of Delhi will open at their normal time from 6th February.

New Delhi: Delhi’s rains have come as a boon for the people of Delhi. After the rains, the fog has not only reduced from Delhi but the pollution has also been washed away in the rain water. After Delhi’s air becomes clear, the Education Directorate of Delhi Government has issued a notice regarding opening of schools at the old time. In which it was said that all the schools of Delhi will open at their normal time from 6th February.

Timing was changed due to bad weather

All schools in Delhi will open at their earlier time from today. Due to bad weather conditions, Delhi Education Directorate had changed the timing of all schools. On Monday, the Education Director of Delhi has issued an order to open and close schools at earlier time from February 6.

Parents were demanding old timing

It has been said in the order that the weather conditions have improved, so schools should start their old timings. Schools have been asked to give this information to all parents, students, teachers and staff. Most general and morning shift schools in Delhi start at 7:30 or 8 am and evening shift schools close at 6:30 pm. This order is for all government, government aided and private schools. Schools and parents were also demanding resumption of the old timing.

Delhi’s air is much cleaner than before

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the PM 2.5 level was recorded at 212 in the ‘poor’ category at 9 am in Anand Vihar area and the PM 10 level reached 131. The air quality index was between zero and 50 ( AQI) is considered ‘good’. A score between 51 and 100 is considered ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’ and 401 and 500 ‘severe’. Indira The PM 2.5 level was recorded at 162 and the PM 10 level at 140 at Gandhi International (IGI) airport. The PM 2.5 level in Dwarka Sector 8 stood at 217 and the PM 10 level at 134, both falling in the ‘poor’ and ‘moderate’ categories respectively.
