Shock: Supreme Court dismisses Center’s plea, pleading against Karnataka High Court’s decision

The Supreme Court has refused to hear the Central Government’s petition. The Central Government had filed a petition in the court challenging the order of the Karnataka High Court, which has been rejected by the Supreme Court.


The Supreme Court has rejected the petition challenging the May 5 order of the Karnataka High Court by the central government. Today this petition was to be heard in the Supreme Court but the court has rejected this petition. Let the Karnataka High Court issue an order regarding oxygen supply on May 5.

The Karnataka High Court had said in its order that the Center should increase the oxygen supply for the state of Karnataka to 1200 metric tonnes per day. Explain that the state of Karnataka supplies 965 MT of oxygen. On this, the Central Government had demanded a stay on the order of the High Court, which has been rejected by the Supreme Court today.
