But now Sony has made a record of launching Veerables AC. It is smaller than Sony’s wearable AC size smartphone, which can be carried with you anywhere. Sony’s wearable AC is named Reon Pocket. It is an app controlled wearable air conditioner, which was released last year. The price of Reon Pocket 2 in Japan is $ 138 (about 14,850 rupees). Although when this neckband AC will be launched in India, no information is available about it at the moment.
What will be special
According to a report by The Verge, there is not much detail of Sony’s Vireables AC. But according to the leaked report, it can be used for several hours in a single charge. The Reon Pocket 2 is similar in design to its actual model. But the redesigned Sony Wearables are quite impressive in AC performance. It keeps the body temperature down by soaking up the heat emitted from the body at twice the speed as compared to the earlier wearable AC. It comes with more powerful cooling performance. Reon pocekt 2 has strengthened Sony’s ability to absorb sweat.
Will be able to use it like a neckband
It is perfectly fit for light excise. Earlier models had to be worn with specially designed T-shirts. But Sony’s new wearable AC has to be hugged like a neckbank. No special shirt is required for this. It can prove to be quite beneficial for those who play golf or any other game in the summer. Sony has partnered with sportswear brands such as Le Coq Sportif, Munsingwear to manufacture it.
