Staff Selection Commission has started the application process for Stenographer Grade “C” and Grade “D”. A notification (SSC Stenographer 2023 Notfication) has also been issued in this regard.
SSC Recruitment 2023: Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for the recruitment of Stenographer Grade “C” and “D”. The application process has started. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website ssc.nic.in till 23 August. Candidates will be recruited on the post of Stenographer in various Ministries, Departments and Institutions. The application fee is Rs 100. The application correction window will open on August 24. The chance to improve the application form will be available till August 25.
Eligibility
It will be mandatory for the candidates to have 12th pass to apply. The age prescribed for Stenographer Grade C is minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years. While the minimum age limit for Grade C is 18 years and maximum 27 years. Relaxation will also be provided to reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Exam will be held in October
The total number of vacancies is 1207. In which 93 posts are vacant for Stenographer C. And the rest of the vacancies are for Stenographer Grade D. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and skill test. The exam will be conducted in online mode on October 12 and 13 in various cities across the country.
