MP Students Get 25K for Laptop: The Madhya Pradesh government is running a cash distribution scheme for the purchase of laptops to students who have secured more than 75% marks in class 12th. A fund of 196 crores has been released to the students to buy laptops.
New Delhi: To encourage the meritorious students of the country for studies and to provide financial help, the Central and State Governments are running various schemes. In this sequence, the Madhya Pradesh government has released a fund of 196 crores to more than 78 thousand meritorious students to buy laptops. Under the Medhavi Laptop Yojana, 25-25 thousand rupees have been transferred to each student’s account. Whereas, from next year the benefit of the scheme will also be given to CBSE board students.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan transferred an amount of Rs 25-25 thousand to 78,641 students of the state to buy laptops (Meritorious Student Laptop Scheme) at the ‘Talented Student Promotion Ceremony’ organized at Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal. . The Chief Minister has released a total amount of Rs 196 crore under DBT through single click.
CBSE board students will also get laptops from next year
The Chief Minister said at the Talented Student Promotion Ceremony that from next year all the topper children will be given scooty and the scheme of giving laptop will be implemented for the students of Madhya Pradesh Board as well as CBSE Board. The Chief Minister wished the students for their bright future.
Laptop for getting 75% marks, scooty for topping school
The Government of Madhya Pradesh is running a cash distribution scheme for the purchase of laptops to all students who have secured more than 75% marks in class 12th. Under which 25 thousand rupees are added to each student’s account. Whereas, there is a plan to give scooty to the girl and boy who get the highest marks in their respective schools. At the same time, the Chief Minister has announced to deposit Rs 4,500 in the account of the children who go to school in other villages far away.
