How long does it take to get an instant passport?
According to the passport service website, once your application form is successfully submitted, its final status appears as ‘Granted’. - People who are children of Indian parents but born outside India.
- People who have been granted citizenship by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
- If you want to change your name in passport under Tatkal scheme.
