Teachers Salary Hike: Huge increase in the salary of teachers of this state, now this much amount will come in the account, notification issued

The School and Mass Education Department of the Odisha government in a proposal on February 12 issued a notification increasing their remuneration from Rs 11,100 to Rs 16,000.

Employees Salary Hike: There is good news for the teachers of Odisha. The Mohan Charan Majhi government of the state has given a big gift to the junior teachers (planned). The state government has increased the monthly salary of teachers by Rs 4,900.The salary hike will be effective from the date of issue of the proposal. Currently, 13,740 junior teachers (planned) are working in the state.

In fact, the School and Mass Education Department of the Odisha government issued a notification on February 12 to increase their remuneration from Rs 11,100 to Rs 16,000 in a proposal.The government has increased the salary of junior teachers (planned) working in primary schools across the state under the Samagra Shiksha Yojana. The revised salary structure will be applicable to junior teachers (planned) working in both primary and upper primary schools of the state.To accommodate this salary revision, the state government will bear an additional annual expenditure of Rs 89.15 crore.

School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond posted on Internet Media X that the salary of junior teachers (education) working in primary schools has been increased from Rs 11,100 to Rs 16,000 under Samagra Shiksha.

Salary of Bihar teachers also increased

The Bihar government has also increased the honorarium of guest teachers working in government pharmacy medical colleges and institutions on the recommendation of the Health Department. Now guest teachers will get Rs 1500 instead of Rs 1000 per class. Till now guest teachers were paid Rs 1000 per class and the maximum honorarium was fixed at Rs 35,000 in a month, but after the salary hike it has been increased to Rs 50,000. The Health Department has issued an official order related to this decision.
