Coconut (grated) – 1/2 cup
Roasted gram lentils – 4 tbsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Green chili – 2
Curry leaves – 10-12
Rye – 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Salt – according to self
Oil – As per need
Water – as required

Method
To make it, first of all whisk the curd well in a pot.
Then, in a grinder jar, add coconut, chana dal, ginger, green chillies, salt and water and prepare a paste.
After this, whisk the chutney in curd and mix well.
Then heat oil in a pan on medium heat, then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and fry lightly.
Now after roasting the tempering, pour it over the chutney.
