The National Lok Adalat will now be held on January 10, 2026. This will provide Delhi vehicle owners with a one-day opportunity to settle their pending traffic challans easily and legally. This process will save both time and money and ensure faster resolution of cases.
Traffic Challan: The National Lok Adalat, originally scheduled for December 13, 2025, will now be held on January 10, 2026 (the second Saturday of the month). This change was made because the Delhi High Court declared December 13th as a court sitting day.
This decision was taken by the Executive Chairman of the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA). Lok Adalats will be held in all district court complexes across Delhi on January 10th. On this day, vehicle owners can settle their traffic e-challans without going through lengthy court proceedings.
