TRAI Recruitment 2026: Telecom Authority of India has given recruitment opportunity for engineering pass youth looking for jobs. The special thing is that it is not necessary to have any kind of experience in this recruitment. That means freshers can also apply. Recruitment is being done for the posts of Associate Consultant in TRAI’s headquarters in New Delhi. Interested candidates can apply till 27 August 2026.
Recruitment will be done on two posts
Under the recruitment issued by TRAI, two posts of Associate Consultant will be filled. The application process has started from 6th August 2026 and candidates have to submit their applications by 27th August. The application will be made online only through the official portal of TRAI.
BTech and BE candidates can apply
For this post, the candidate should have BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics, Communication, Telecommunication or related subjects from a recognized university or institute. Apart from this, candidates having qualifications like ME, M.Tech, MBA or PhD can also apply. Apart from this, the age of the candidate should be less than 30 years as on 6 August 2026. The special thing about this recruitment is that experience has not been made mandatory for application.
80,000 salary and transport allowance separately every month
Selected candidates will be given a fixed salary of Rs 80,000 per month. Apart from this, transport allowance of Rs 8000 per month will also be available. In this way the candidate will get a total of Rs 88,000 every month. This appointment will be initially for 1 year, this period can be extended depending on the performance of the candidate and the need of TRAI.
Selection will be done on the basis of interview
The selection committee of TRAI will select the candidate. During selection, other important criteria including educational qualification, communication skills and performance in interview will be kept in mind. Whereas experience has not been asked in this recruitment, hence freshers who have completed their studies in the relevant subject can also apply for this recruitment. After selection, the candidates will be appointed at TRAI’s office in New Delhi.
