Unlock state: Markets have returned in many states, transport service has also been restored, know the condition of the states

Along with the unlock, the center has also started operating the closed trains. Apart from this, the frequency of special trains has been increased. This includes trains from Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujarat. Western Railway has also increased the number of trains. Talking about Delhi itself, police and civil defense personnel had to come out on the road as the crowd on the streets increased. Metro service in Delhi has also been started with 50 percent passengers. However, a huge crowd was witnessed on the very first day. During this, many times the rules were also seen breaking.

After the decline in the Rajasthan infection rate, it has been decided to relax the lockdown. These changes have become effective from Tuesday. After the relaxation, government and private offices have been opened with the presence of 50 percent personnel. Apart from this, exemption has been given in the movement of private vehicles. The time for visiting the parks has been fixed. Apart from this, shops and business establishments can be opened from 6 am to 4 pm from Monday. although, At present, clear instructions have also been given to impose weekly curfew from 5 pm on Friday to 5 am on Monday. Similarly, curfew will remain in place every day from 5 pm to 5 am the next day. Roadways and private buses will start operating in the state from June 10. However, the ban on city bus and mini bus services will continue for now. To stop the migration of workers, it has also been decided to reopen the industries in the state. The opening hours of the shops have been kept from 6 am to 4 pm.

After the meeting of the Crisis Management Group in Bihar, the government has decided to end the lockdown. Under the decision, a precautionary curfew will be in force from 7 pm to 5 am. Permission has been given to open shops across the state but they will be able to open only till 5 pm. These decisions will be applicable only till June 15, after which the government will take any further decision after its review.

State transport buses have also started operating in Mumbai. The Uttar Pradesh government has started operating its State Transport Corporation buses for Delhi, Rajasthan and Haryana. Restrictions have been relaxed in all districts after less than 600 active cases in all districts of the state. However, there will be night curfew in every district from seven in the evening to seven in the morning. From June 9, permission will be given to open markets and other activities with rules and conditions.

In Madhya Pradesh, on 24 May 2021, the Chief Secretary of the state had issued guidelines. Under this, people coming to the state by air will have to undergo thermal screening at the airport. Apart from this, they will be required to show self-declaration and test report.

During thermal screening, if any of the passengers are found to have symptoms related to corona, then RTPCR test will be done for such passengers. He will be able to go home only if it comes negative. If found positive, the passenger will be sent to the Kovid Care Center where he will be kept in isolation. This isolation will be of 10 days. If he is found to be fine after seven days, he will be allowed to go home, but there he will have to stay in isolation for seven days. It is mandatory to have ‘Arogya Setu App’ in mobile for intensive monitoring of passengers.



In view of the unlocked states, now the central government is also considering that the passengers taking advantage of the airline should be exempted from making the RTPCR report mandatory.
