UP Anganwadi Bharti 2021 Uttar Pradesh Government has directed to issue district wise advertisement for the recruitment of Anganwadi workers and assistants in three days. Before this, the details of district-wise vacancies will be fed online on the departmental website. Recruitment applications will be filled online.
The Uttar Pradesh government is going to start the process of recruitment on the vacant posts of Anganwadi and Mini Anganwadi workers and assistants. At present, about 5300 posts of these three categories are vacant in the state. Anganwadi recruitment process is going to start in the state after about 10 years. For this, applications will be sought from male and female candidates residing in Uttar Pradesh.

A time limit of 45 days has been set to complete the selection process.
Child Development Service and Nutrition Director Dr. Sarika Mohan has sent a letter to all the district magistrates on Tuesday and has fixed the schedule of recruitment. According to the order, on the website developed by NIC, it has been said that feed the details of vacant posts in the next three days and issue district-wise advertisements. The last date for filling the online application form has been kept 21 days from the date of issue of advertisement. Also, instructions have been given not to take more than 45 days to complete the entire process.
Actually, about 53 thousand posts in the department are running vacant. The government has decided the selection process on 29 January this year. In all the districts, the selection committee constituted under the supervision of DM will recruit these posts. The recruitment process will be considered complete after the approval of the DM after the recommendation of the selection committee. Women officers of Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ cadre posted in the district have also been made members in the selection committee constituted under DM’s supervision. Candidates of BPL families will be given preference in the new selection process.
The annual income limit has been fixed at Rs 46,080 for rural areas and Rs 56,460 for urban areas. The minimum educational qualification for anganwadi worker and mini anganwadi worker is high school and minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 45 years. Class five must be passed for assistants. The maximum age for application in this has been kept at 50 years.
Child Development Service and Nutrition Director Dr. Sarika Mohan said that the details of vacancies of Anganwadi centers will be fed at the district level on the department’s website, balvikasup.gov.in. For this, the login ID and password have been given to the District Program Officers.
