UP Board 12th Exam: CCTV cameras will be compulsory at the examination centers for practical examination. The recording of the examination will also have to be preserved by the principals of the examination center.
UP Board 12th Exam: Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) or Board of Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh has released the date sheet for class 12 examination. Intermediate examinations will be conducted in two phases – the first phase on February 3 and the second beginning on February 13. The first phase will be conducted from 3 to 12 February at the examination centers in Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Faizabad, Mirzapur, Devipatan and Basti areas, while the second phase will be held from 13 to 22 February in Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur , Will be held at examination centers in Prayagraj, Varanasi, Azamgarh and Gorakhpur districts.
CCTV cameras will be compulsory at the examination centers for practical examination. The recording of the examination will also have to be preserved by the principals of the examination center. Regarding practical examinations, other necessary information and appointment of examiners etc. will be intimated from the respective Regional Offices of the Board. Last year, a total of 24.96 lakh students appeared in the intermediate examination. Students are required to score at least 35 percent in each subject individually and overall to pass the board examination.
Fifty percent of the numbers in the intermediate subjects of the experimental subjects will be given by the internal examiner and fifty percent marks by the external examiner. Similarly, for the individual candidates, the schools will be assigned centers for experimental examination, their teachers will give 50 percent number under internal evaluation system and the remaining fifty percent number will be given by external examiner.
High school (10th) practical examinations will be conducted on the basis of internal assessment (project work). That is, this exam will be conducted on the basis of project work at the school level, like last year. The high school experimental examination (internal assessment will be uploaded online on the board’s website www.upmsp.edu.in through the Principal of the schools of moral sports and physical education and intermediate sports and physical education.
