According to NPCI, feature phone users will be able to do UPI transactions through IVR number.
For this you will have to call the IVR number (080-45163666, 08045163581 and 6366200200) and get your UPI ID verified. Now you will have to make your payment after following the instructions given on the call.
UPI payment can be done through USSD even without internet, just remember *99#
Apart from UPI 123Pay, there is another way to make payment without internet. You have to use USSD service. For this, first of all you have to dial ‘*99#’ on your GSM smartphone and follow the instructions. However, not all mobile service operators support this service.
