New Delhi. There’s great news for millions of travelers from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The journey from Lucknow (Gomtinagar) to Saharanpur will now take just 8-9 hours. The Railways has announced that the 26504/26503 Lucknow (Gomtinagar)-Saharanpur-Lucknow (Gomtinagar) Vande Bharat Express will run regularly six days a week from December 9th. With the launch of this Vande Bharat Express, residents of various cities in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh will benefit daily.
It will run daily from Lucknow except Mondays and from Saharanpur except Tuesdays. This train will prove to be a boon for students, farmers, businessmen, and working people. According to Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway, the train will depart from Saharanpur in the morning, reach Lucknow at 2:00 PM, and from Lucknow at 3:00 PM, reaching Saharanpur at 11:50 PM.
What is the complete schedule?
The train will depart from Lucknow (Gomtinagar) at 15:10 PM. It will leave Daliganj at 15:38 PM, Sitapur at 16:35 PM, Shahjahanpur at 18:10 PM, Bareilly Junction at 19:07 PM, Moradabad at 20:40 PM, Najibabad at 21:56 PM, Roorkee at 22:44 PM and arrive at Saharanpur at 23:50 PM. On its return journey, it will depart Saharanpur at 5:05 AM, Roorkee at 5:42 PM, Najibabad at 6:27 PM, Moradabad at 8:05 PM, Bareilly at 9:42 PM, Shahjahanpur at 11:09 AM, Sitapur at 12:38 PM, Daliganj at 1:44 PM and arrive at Lucknow (Gomtinagar) at 14:05 PM.
How many coaches will there be?
This 8-coach Vande Bharat Express is fully air-conditioned and has both chair car and executive class. Every seat has charging points, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and automatic doors. The Railways says this train will benefit the people of Lucknow, Barabanki, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Haridwar, and Dehradun the most.
When will ticket booking begin?
Business, education, medical treatment, and religious travel all become easier. This train was previously a special train, but after overwhelming demand, the Railways made it a permanent one. Ticket bookings have begun today. Now, passengers traveling to Lucknow-Saharanpur, Haridwar, Dehradun, or Saharanpur will no longer face any inconvenience during their journey. Your royal Vande Bharat will run daily (except Mondays) from December 9th.
