Vande Bharat train: If you are also planning to travel in Vande Bharat train which can reach the country’s capital Delhi from Una in 5 hours, then this news is definitely for you. Why has the schedule of this train been changed? Instead of remaining closed on Friday, this train will no longer run between Una and Delhi on Tuesday. After March 20, changes have been made by the Railway Board regarding its traffic schedule. Earlier, Vande Bharat train used to travel from Amb Andaura railway station via Baia Una only six days a week.

Now the train will not run on this day

The main reason for running of trains on weekends is the high passenger traffic during these days. Regarding this, many times people through correspondence raised the demand of Railway Board to run Vande Bharat train on Friday. In view of this demand, Railway Board had recently issued information to the people. Now preparations have been made to keep this train closed from 20th March and give travel benefits on Fridays along with keeping it closed on Tuesdays.

This is the schedule

At present, Vande Bharat train leaves Una railway station at 10:35 am from Delhi and at 1:25 pm from Una to Delhi. Now, with the train being closed on Tuesday and running on Friday, it will be easier for the passengers of these three districts to travel on weekends. Railway Division Ambala’s PRO Kshitij Sharma said that Vande Bharat train will run on Friday after March 20. Whereas on every Tuesday of the month there will be no train movement for one day.
