Vi claims that its 5G service will provide excellent coverage and great speed at affordable prices. The company said that its 5G services will be available in Mumbai city from today itself. Vi has invested heavily for this and has used new technology. Vi says that this will improve the capacity, performance and reliability of the network.
Vi 5G Prepaid Plans: 5G prepaid plans starting at Rs 299
In Vi’s initial 5G plan, customers can get unlimited 5G data for just Rs 299. The company says that this is the cheapest 5G plan in the market. Vi’s Rs 365 prepaid plan will currently offer 5G unlimited data. Along with this, you will get unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day. Along with this, weekend data rollover and unlimited 4G data will be available from 12 am to 12 pm. Prepaid plans with validity of 56 days for Rs 649, 84 days for Rs 979 and 365 days for Rs 3,599 will be available.
Vi 5G Prepaid Plans: Network will be fixed automatically through AI
A report by OpenSignal stated that Vi’s 4G network is the best in Mumbai. Now with the arrival of 5G, Vi’s network will be even stronger, making data-intensive apps such as streaming, gaming and cloud access even faster. Vi has also installed an AI-based SON (Self-Organizing Network) system, which constantly auto-fixes the network so that customers get the best experience.
Vi 5G Prepaid Plans: Raised Rs 26000 crore in the last 12 months
In the last 12 months, Vi has raised Rs 26,000 crore, including India’s largest FPO (Rs 18,000 crore) and promoter contribution (Rs 4,000 crore). The company plans to invest Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000 crore over the next 3 years to expand its 4G network (to cover about 90% of Indians) and roll out 5G services in key locations, thereby enhancing customer experience.
