According to the federal notification issued on Wednesday, the H-1B visa application fee will now cost $780 instead of $460. Similarly, H-1B registration fee has been increased from $10 to $215, but this will be applicable from next year.
Similarly, L-1 visa fee has been increased from $460 to $1,385. With this, the fee for EB-5, known as investors visa, has been increased from $3,675 to $11,160. For the first time since 2016, the fee increase will be implemented from April 1.
