Peepli

liquorice

Rich in medicinal properties, liquorice has vitamin B, E as well as phosphorus, calcium, choline, iron, magnesium, potassium, silicon, protein, glyceric acid as well as anti-oxidant, anti-biotic properties. Which helps in keeping the lungs strong, along with colds, fever. Mulethi should be consumed in the form of powder in 3-5 grams only. Let me tell you that the taste of liquorice is cold.

Adhatoda

It is also called Vasa plant. It is used as a medicine. Its leaves contain abundant amounts of phyto-chemicals such as alkaloids, saponins, tannins, phenolics, flavonoids. Basil leaves contain high amounts of potassium, iron, chlorophyll magnesium, carotene and vitamin-C, which help in keeping the lungs healthy. Chew 4-5 leaves daily in the morning. Apart from this, you can make and drink an Ayurvedic decoction of Giloy and Tulsi.

Triphala is


made by mixing Amla, Harada and Bahera in a ratio of 1: 2: 3. It is full of medicinal properties. It helps to keep your stomach healthy as well as boost immunity. You can eat it 1 teaspoon before sleeping. Apart from this, you can consume it in the morning by soaking it in water.
