Weather Forecast Today: According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in coastal Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala till July 6. In most of the states of South, North and East of the country, IMD has issued a red alert regarding rain. Let’s know the condition of the weather across the country including Delhi.

Monsoon has reached all parts of the country. This is the third time in the last 23 years that the monsoon has covered all parts of the country on July 2 itself. Earlier this happened in the years 2001 and 2002. On the other hand, in 2001 and 2009, the monsoon reached on July 3. The effect of monsoon is visible all over the country. Somewhere light rain and somewhere heavy rain is continuing. The Meteorological Department has also predicted normal monsoon in the month of July.

Delhi and Lucknow weather

In the country’s capital Delhi today, on July 3, the sky will be cloudy and there may be light rain. During this, the minimum temperature can be 27 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature can be 37 degree Celsius. At the same time, the sky will be cloudy in UP’s capital Lucknow as well. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains on July 3 i.e. today. Today in Lucknow, the minimum temperature can be 23 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature can be 30 degree Celsius.

Monsoon is showing its effect from the mountains to the plains. Incidents of landslides are coming to the fore in Uttarakhand due to alternating rains. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Dehradun, Nainital, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Tehri, Pauri and Chamoli. There are chances of lightning and moderate rain in other districts of the state as well. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of landslides in sensitive areas. Let us tell you that the Badrinath highway was closed for the last two days due to rising water level in Lambagad of Uttarakhand and debris coming on the road due to landslides.

Weather conditions

A cyclonic circulation is over Northwest Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas. A trough from the cyclonic circulation over northwest Uttar Pradesh is extending across east Rajasthan and Gujarat up to northeast Arabian Sea. At the same time, in an east-west gym, the pressure line is passing from northwest Rajasthan to Manipur, passing through South Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and South Assam.

According to weather forecast agency Skymet, a cyclonic circulation lies between 4.5 and 5.8 km above mean sea level over central parts of South Bay of Bengal. This weather condition is telling that the monsoon has reached the whole country. Due to this, rain activities will continue across the country.

Fishermen are not allowed to go to the sea shore

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Coastal Maharashtra, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala till July 6. The speed of winds in these states can also increase during this period. In such a situation, fishermen have been advised not to go to the sea shore. At the same time, light to moderate rain is possible in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Central Maharashtra, South Gujarat, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh and West Bengal for the next 2 to 3 days.

Rain alert in these states

According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain with heavy to very heavy rain is possible at a few places over Sikkim, Assam, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Coastal Maharashtra, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala today. Apart from this, one or two intense rains are possible along with light to moderate rains along the Tamil Nadu coast.

At the same time, light to moderate rains are possible in parts of Northeast India, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Madhya Maharashtra, South Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. While light rain may occur in West Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha Marathwada, Telangana and East Rajasthan.
