Temperature below freezing point at many places in Himachal

At many places in the state the minimum temperature is below the freezing point. Minimum temperature has been recorded at -13.9 in Kukumseri, -11.7 in Keylong, -7.2 in Kalpa, -4.0 in Narkanda, -2.6 in Kufri, -2.5 in Dalhousie, -2.3 in Bharmour, -2.3 in Reckong Peo, -2.2 in Mandi. .
