Rain and snowfall alerts have been issued for the higher reaches of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir. Cloudy skies are expected in Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Nainital, and Uttarkashi. However, no rain is forecast.
