New Delhi. Aadhaar has become one of the most trusted identity cards today, which is being used every day by millions of people across the country. What will you do if your base is lost? Your base , you’ll need your base number or registration ID or virtual ID to retrieve. After this, you will also need an Aadhaar registered mobile number or email ID.

Case 1: You have an Aadhaar number and registered mobile number
If you have your Aadhaar number then the process is very easy. You can download your Aadhaar from https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/#/ or from the mAadhaar App on your smartphone. You can also use a printed copy of your basis. The downloaded base is legally valid. If you want to get Aadhaar letter again through post, you can order Aadhaar reprint through https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ order-reprint. In such a case, citizens should take this step:

4. Using this registration ID, you can place an order to reprint Aadhaar through https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ order-reprint .

Case 5: Download Aadhaar with biometric authentication
Apart from the methods mentioned above, most Aadhaar centers across the country offer downloading of Aadhaar with biometric authentication.
