A person arrested

In this case, the police has identified the arrested owner Sumit Sonwane of this explosive and arrested him. In this case, a case has been registered in different sections of IPC and Explosive Act and investigation is being done for which purpose these explosives were being taken.

Explosive is enough to cause havoc

These explosives are enough to create havoc in a market. So far, no license for its custody has been reported. It is shocking and a matter of concern to meet such a large scale explosive in Maharashtra, as it can be used by both Naxalites and terrorists.
