The company believes that due to the end of TCS’ work from home, there are frequent resignations of women employees. The company had brought the policy of work from home at the time of Kovid-19. For the last few months, the discussion of ending it continuously was in full swing.
According to TCS HR head Milind Lakkad, there have been more resignations of women employees after the end of work from home. Milind says that there could be other reasons for the resignation as well. But the first reason is visible. Milind says that women generally have fewer resignations than men. But this figure has now exceeded that of men.
According to reports, around 6,00,000 employees work in TCS. In which 35 percent are women employees. During the last financial year, 20 percent of TCS employees have resigned.
