TCS said- come to office or face the consequences

TCS has made it mandatory for its employees to come to office at least 3 days a week till March 31. The company says that strict action will be taken if this rule is not followed. The company claims that coming to the office will improve teamwork, better training and more work, that is why this new rule has been made.

Infosys asked employees to come to office 3 days a week

Infosys has asked its employees to come to office at least 10 days in a month, i.e. about 3 days a week. The company says that this new rule has been implemented for teamwork and happiness of the employees.

HCLTech made work from office less mandatory

HCLTech has made it necessary to work from office. Now employees will have to work in the company’s office at least 3 days a week. If any employee does not follow this rule, action can be taken against him.

Wipro said- come to office or face action

Wipro has also made it mandatory for its employees to come to office at least 3 days a week. If someone does not follow this rule, action can be taken against him.

Cognizant

Cognizant is the latest name among those companies which have asked their employees in India to come to office at least 3 days a week. Last month, Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar S sent a letter to employees in India, telling them that they should ‘target to come to office an average of three days a week, or as decided by their team leader.’

Amazon’s warning – risk of promotion

Amazon has a direct message to its employees – if you want progress, come to the office. Amazon is asking employees to come to office at least 3 days a week, so that there is a path for their progress. IBM is giving its employees the option to come to the office or leave the job. Dell also said- come to office 3 days a week
