Ten people, including eight children in the van, were killed in a horrific road accident in the US state of Alabama. A total of 17 vehicles collided with each other during the accident. Several cars caught fire after the accident. The accident is being told due to the storm of Cloudette.

The accident took place on Saturday when several vehicles collided with each other. The accident probably happened due to slippery roads. In this accident, 8 children in a van died. Their age is said to be between 4 and 17 years. The van belonged to a shelter run by the Alabama Sheriff’s Association for children who have been abused or neglected.

The children in the van were returning to the shelter home after a summer vacation, when they met with an accident. So far 12 people are believed to have been reported dead in accidents caused by Hurricane Claudette in Alabama. Because of this, dozens of houses were destroyed due to flash floods.
