The news comes as a text message pushed to Airtel prepaid users whose prepaid plans are soon to expire. The text reads that an additional 5GB of data will be provided if a user recharges before the expiry of their recharge plan. The offer appears to be available on recharge of Rs 249 which will offer users unlimited roaming, local and STD calling, 2GB data and 100SMS per day for a duration of 28 days.

The additional data offer also seems to be working on a recharge of Rs 199.

Moving on to FRC 229 pack, users will get 1.4GB of data per day and the pack comes with a validity of 28 days. This simply means that users will get 39.2GB of data.
