New Delhi: Central employees can get great news soon. It is estimated that from July 1, the central government can pay dearness allowance (DA) to government employees. If this happens then bumper money will come in the account of government employees in July. Let us tell you that in the month of July, the government can pay three installments of Dearness Allowance (DA). At present, DA is 17 per cent, which will increase to 28 per cent. Increase in Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) will directly increase the salary.

Explain that central employees can get the benefit of DA for two years simultaneously. The DA of central employees was increased by 4% in January 2020. After this, there was an increase of 3% in the second half i.e. June 2020. Now it has increased by 4% in January 2021. With this it has increased to 28%. Salary may increase by Rs 32400 directly

Talking about the pay matrix of central employees, then the minimum salary is Rs 18000. In this, 15 percent dearness allowance is expected to be added. In such a situation, Rs 2700 per month is expected to be added directly to the salary. Meaning Rs 32400 will be added annually as DA.

Declaration of dearness allowance possible

If reports are to be believed, the announcement of dearness allowance for June 2021 can also be done soon. Sources say that dearness allowance is estimated to increase by 4 percent. If this happens, then after the payment of three installments on July 1, there will be a further payment of 4 percent in the next six months. The dearness allowance can reach a total of 32 percent.

This is the situation at the moment

Let us tell you that the central government revises the DA of central employees every 6 months. Its calculation is done in percentage by taking Basic Pay as the basis. The DA of central employees was increased by 4% in January 2020. After this, there was an increase of 3% in the second half i.e. June 2020. Now it has increased by 4% in January 2021. Last year, due to Kovid-19, the government had frozen dearness allowance from January 1, 2020 to July 1, 2021.
