Star Plus has appeared with its new reality show Smart Jodi. The show went on air on February 27. Celebrity couples from different fields like acting, dance, cricket, music, comedy and choreography have participated together in this new reality show of Star Plus. From newly married couple Ankita Lokhande Jain to 90s famous actress Bhagyashree has also participated in the show along with her husband Himalaya Dasani. During the show, some moments of Bhagyashree and her husband’s marriage were recreated on the stage of Smart Jodi. During this, Bhagyashree became very emotional remembering the difficult time in her marriage.
Bhagya Shree told during the show that “There was no one in the marriage for me except her. When I told my parents that I want to marry her , they did not agree. He further said, “Parents have many dreams for their children, but children also have their own dreams and sometimes, their dreams should be allowed to live on. Because in the end, they have their lives, they have to live. During this, Bhagya Shree’s throat got sore and she started crying while talking. During this, other contestants also appeared emotional.
Said- I did not run away and married-
While talking during this, Bhagyashree further said, when people and media say that I got married by running away, then I get very angry, because I did not get married by running away. In the show, Bhagyashree and Himalaya put a garland around each other’s neck, and during this talk, she held her husband’s hand the whole time.
Lived separately from husband for one and a half year-
Let us tell you that Bhagyashree and Himalaya got married in the year 1990. They have two children, son Abhimanyu and daughter Avantika. Just in the year 2020, Bhagyashree also revealed that she and Himalaya had been separated for more than a year during their long marriage of 32 years. He said, ‘Yes, Himalaya ji was my first love and yes, I married her.
