Actress Dipika Chikhlia gained popularity by playing the role of Sita in the TV serial ‘Ramayana’. He was recognized from house to house. This show was produced by Ramanand Sagar. Now Deepika is going to be a part of this production house once again. He has also shared the first glimpse of the character from his new show.
Deepika Chikhaliya has shared a video, in which she is seen acting in front of the camera. She wrote in the caption – ‘I am back to the studio .. with Sagars. Missed the old days.

Talking about the mythological serial Ramayana, this show gained a lot of popularity after its release on Doordarshan in 1987. It was re-aired last year in lockdown, after which the serial again broke many viewership records.
Artists who played various roles in Ramayana have been recognized as Indian celebrities for decades. Arun Govil as Ram, Deepika Chikhaliya as Sita, Sunil Lahiri as Laxman, Arvind Trivedi as Ravana and Dara Singh as Hanuman are still remembered for their performances.
