In fact, Bank of India said on Twitter that some services of the bank will remain closed due to the upgrade of technology. While sharing information about this, the bank has said that customers will not be able to transfer money online between the stipulated hours. Also, you will be able to take advantage of only selected banking services.

Bank of India has told the customers that system up gradation will be done in order to upgrade the technology from 23 October 2021 01:30 hrs (IST) to 24 October 2021 at 17:00 hrs (IST). Due to this many banking services will not be available.

Know which services will be closed
Banking services will be available to you during this period also through ATM, UPI, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking, IMPS and IVR. Along with this, you will not be able to use banking services related to NEFT, RTGS, missed call enquiry and generation of passbook / account details.
