On the UIDAI website, you can update name, photo, address etc. in Aadhar card. Till now you could update your status online sitting at home. But now you will not be able to do that.

Apart from this, UIDAI has also changed the facility of Aadhaar Card Reprint. Till now you could reprint the old one long and wide Aadhar card. Now you have to reprint your Aadhar card again, so now you will have to get the Aadhar card at your home itself. Now you will be given only PVC Aadhar card as a new Aadhar card.
You will now have to pay a service fee of Rs 50 to avail this facility. PVC Aadhar card is very easy to keep. It looks like an ATM card, you can keep it in your purse too.
