This will affect rail operations on the Moradabad-Lucknow route. Ten pairs of trains including Gorakhpur-Amritsar, Bapu Dham Motihari-Anand Vihar will remain cancelled due to pre and non interlocking work. While 21 trains including Bagh and Janseva will run with a changed route. Apart from this, Sushasan Express will remain cancelled from Lucknow to Balrampur. Satyagraha Express will be delayed for one day on the way.
Pre and NI work will be done for the third rail line at Kolanganj, Saryu stations in the Barabanki-Gonda rail section. Pre non interlocking work will be done for seven days from June 24 for the operation of the third line in the section. This work will start affecting rail operations on the Moradabad rail route. Non-interlocking work will be done for four days from July 1. Trains will start running on the third line after approval of CRS inspection. The mega block will affect trains on Moradabad, Lucknow route. Due to the work for eleven days, about 41 trains of this route will be affected. Senior DCM Aditya Gupta said that the third rail line between Gonda and Barabanki will affect train operations. For this, trains are being run by cancelling and diverting them. Trains will be canceled between one to four trips.
