As per Mint’s published news, the Psbdsb.in website has given information that Banks will provide doorstep banking services through Atayati Technologies Private Limited and Integra Microsystems Private Limited Universal Touchpoint. The service states of 100 leading centers in the property will be provided.
In Financial Services, customers will be able to withdraw cash using DSP App or its web portal or by calling toll free number. For this, the customer’s bank account number should be linked to Aadhaar. Customers can also use their bank’s debit card. For this, agents will make this facility available through micro ATMs at doorstep. In which minimum cash of one thousand and maximum ten thousand rupees can be withdrawn.
Life certificate will also be collected from home
Apart from cash withdrawal, customers can avail ten more non-financial services at doorstep, these include taking checks, requesting for new checkbooks, in-house delivery of account details, taking Form 15G or 15H. At the same time, customers can also submit digital life certificate through doorstep banking. For this, the DSB agent will go to the customer’s door and collect the life certificate using the Jeevan Pramaan app. However all these facilities will be chargeable.
