Chinese companies did not get chance in 5G mobile network trials in the country, will be available soon

Telecom companies will be made available spectrum for 5G Mobile Network Trial in 2 to 3 days. These companies will collaborate with original equipment manufacturer and tech company Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung and C-Dot. Reliance Jio Infocom will test a 5G mobile network with indigenous technology.

New Delhi. If you are waiting impatiently for 5G Mobile Network, then there is good news for you. The 5G mobile network in India is now just a step away. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has approved the trial of 5G. Telecom companies will be made available 5G spectrum this week for 5G trials. This means that 5G spectrum will be made available for telecom service providers Reliance Jio (Jio), Bharti Airtel (Airtel), Vodophone-Idea (Vi) and MTNL-BSNL (MTNL-BSNL).

5G spectrum will be tested for 6 months

According to information received on News18, telecom companies will be made available spectrum in the next 2 to 3 days. These companies will tie up with original equipment manufacturer and technology provider companies Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung and C-Dot. Not only this, Reliance Jio Infocomm will test the 5G mobile network with indigenous technology. Mobile subscribers are going to get the service of 5G network running at very high speed very soon. The Department of Telecommunications has said that telecom companies are being allowed to trial 5G spectrum for 6 months. In this period, they will also include two months, in which the equipment required for this is to be purchased and set.

Trial frustrates Chinese companies

The Department of Telecommunications has said that the telecom companies will have to trial 5G mobile network not only in cities but also in rural and town areas. The motive behind this is clear that the benefit of 5G network can be provided simultaneously in the whole country. The corona virus and the nefarious act of Chinese soldiers along the Indo-China border can hardly be forgotten. Not only this, the cases of working in India with the nefarious intention of Chinese companies have also come from time to time. Due to this, many Chinese apps were banned by the Indian IT department. Now the Indian government considered it appropriate to keep Chinese companies ZTE and Huawei out of the 5G trial as well. The Department of Telecommunications has said that 5G spectrum will be tried in Indian perspective only.

If used commercially, action will be taken

The department has also said that 5G can be downloaded 10 times faster than 4G. Also, the efficiency of the spectrum will also be 3 times more. The Department of Telecommunications has said that the trial of 5G will be done in a separate network and not in the existing network. Trial of 5G network will be done on non-commercial basis. It is expected that 5G networks will be covered at 1800 MHz, 2500 MHz with 800 MHz and 900 MHz bands. Spectrum will be made available for companies to test even at 700 MHz. Telecom companies have been given clear instructions that they will use these airwaves only for trials. If they start using it for commercial work, then it will be considered a violation of the conditions and serious action can also be taken on them.

These revolutionary changes will happen with the arrival of 5G

After the commercial use of the 5G network, medical facilities, connecting smart cities with technology, virtual banking, games and sports to enjoy 360 degrees, augmented reality, big data analytics and artificial intelligence will get a big boost. Tele medicine and tele education will also get new wings. Through drones, there will be a chance to climb new stairs in the fields of agriculture, defense and security. According to VIAVI’s data, 5G network is available in 378 cities in 34 countries of the world. Until last year, 5G mobile networks were available in 85 cities in South Korea, 57 cities in China, 50 cities in the US and 31 cities in the UK.
