Get enough sleep

If you are not getting enough sleep, it can have an effect on your immunity. When you sleep at night, your body actively works to kill the pathogen. When we are sleepy, the body works to repair cells, especially the cells of the brain. Do not look at the screen at least 2 hours before bedtime. Also, do not consume caffeinated things before sleeping.

Do 10 minutes of yoga daily

Stress affects your immunity. Therefore do yoga for 10 minutes daily. By doing this you will not get stressed and the immunity of the body will also be strong. Due to high level of cortisol in the body, our immune system is weak. To reduce stress, do meditation or yoga for 10 minutes every day.

Add anti-oxidants in the diet

To increase immunity, include zinc and salinium-rich nutrients in the diet along with vitamins A, C, D, E. Anti-oxidant prevents the body from getting damaged. Apart from this, the body also reduces inflammation. Also repairs DNA cells.

Do regular exercises

Exercise strengthens your immunity. Apart from this, it works to reduce the level of stress in the body. Even exercising for some time helps in killing bacteria as well as strengthens the immune system. Aerobic exercises such as running, swimming, exercising and weight lifting are beneficial for the immune system.

Include fiber content in food


The headquarters of our immune system is in our intestine and intestinal bacteria love fiber. When we eat fiber, our immunity is strong and balances. If our body does not get sufficient amount of fiber then the body is not able to prevent infection.
