https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and go to the option to file a complaint of undisclosed foreign property / benami property. While giving the details of your PAN card, you can lodge a complaint in such cases here. If you do not have a PAN card, you can also enter your mobile number or email ID. With the help of OTP coming on mobile or email ID, your complaint will be registered and then a number will be given to you.
With the help of this number, you can visit this portal anytime and see what action the government is taking on your complaint and to what level it has reached. This complaint can be filed under the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Property and Income) Tax Imposition Act 1961 and Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Amendment Act. The Income Tax Department of the Central Government has prepared this portal.
