The city, emerging as a medical hub, has more than 280 small hospitals. In which the government has taken the responsibility of recruitment and treatment of Kovid patients in all the major multispecialty hospitals.

Not only this, due to being a medical hub, patients from North India to Delhi NCR are getting their treatment here. Not only NCR but a large number of foreigners are also getting their treatment here. In which patients from many countries including Tehran, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Colombo have come for treatment. According to officials, these patients on medical visas are being treated at Medanta, Fortis, Artemis, Paras, Sigretcher, Park and Columbia Asia Hospital.
