Lucknow: There is a great news for outsourced employees in Uttar Pradesh. The state government is now going to form ‘Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation’ for them. After the formation of this corporation, these employees will not only get respectable honorarium and better service conditions, but will also be given pension and many other big benefits after retirement.
Pension and honorarium will increase
Under this new system, outsourced employees will get the benefit of pension after retirement. However, for this their service should be at least 10 years. The pension amount will be between ₹ 1,000 to ₹ 7,500. With the formation of the corporation, the honorarium of more than 4 lakh outsourced employees currently working will also increase. Apart from this, a system has also been made to renew it automatically after their contract is completed.

Accident insurance: If an employee loses his life in an accident after completing a minimum of one year of service, his family will get financial assistance ranging from ₹ 2.5 lakh to ₹ 7 lakh.
Free treatment facility: Employees and their family members will get free treatment in ESIC hospitals, health centers and private multi-specialty hospitals listed by ESIC. This will also include surgery and super specialty diagnostic services.
