Step-1 Go to the e-PDS Bihar web portal
To see your name in Bihar’s ration card, first of all go to the official website of Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar. Step-2 Select the RCMS Report option
As soon as the official website of the Food Department opens, different options will appear on the screen. We have to check our name in ration card list, so here we will select RCMS Report option. Like we have told in the screenshot.
Step-3 Select your district name
To check your name in the ration card, first you have to select your district. Here select the name of your district in the list and select the Show button.
Step-4 Choose Rural or Urban Ration Card
In the next step, you will get the option of Rural and Urban. If you are from rural area, then select Rural here. If you are from urban area then choose Urban.
Step-5 Select your block name
Now the list of all the blocks falling under the district you have selected will open. Here you have to select the name of your block.
Step-6 Select the name of your Gram Panchayat
After selecting the block, a list of all the Gram Panchayats under it will come. In this you have to select the name of your Panchayat.
Step-7 Select your village name
After selecting the Gram Panchayat, the list of all dependent villages under it will open. In this you have to select the name of your village.
Step-8 Check Your Name in Ration Card
As soon as you select the name of your village, the ration card list of that village will open. Here the ration card number, type of ration card, name of the ration card holder will be given. You can check your name in this ration card list.
