The bank has given information about this by sending a message to the customers. The bank said that customers who do not update will not be able to use it from January 20.

The bank wrote in the message that dear customer, if you are using the old iMobile app of ICICI Bank, then update it. The services of this version will not work after 20 January 2021.

Accordingly, we have provided a new version with a lot of new features, therefore, we are requesting those customers, all of them update the version of their app. If you have not updated your app till 20 January 2021, then you can also upgrade your imobile banking app from the play store later. >> Enter your PIN to login to iMobile first.
>> As soon as you enter the PIN, you will see the message of the bank.
>> There will be an updated button under the message.
>> Click on this button.
>> Now you will reach the iMobile App of Google Play Store.
>> there you have to click on update.
>> Now your version will be updated.
